How To Learn Slide Guitar and Open-E: A Minor Pentatonic

Updated: Aug 14, 2021

Pentatonic scales are an invaluable scale form to learn. Here is the A-Minor Pentatonic box in position 1. Minor Pentatonic uses the intervals 1, b3, 4, 5, and b7. This shape uses 2 notes per string. I've included a diagram below for you to mess around with.

If you are interested in learning more licks like this in Open-E and on slide, you can contact me at jarredgarneau@gmail.com to set up a lesson. If you would like to support my efforts in form of donation my Paypal is jarredgarneau@gmail.com and my Venmo is Jarred-Garneau
